The cutest blue barn, insane ocean views, and the sweetest couple kicked off Summer at Swallow Creek Ranch

Christopher and Negin painted the picture for their wedding on day 1 of planning with us and they executed it with so much style and personality. There was no shortage of fun with so many interactive and thoughtful experiences for their guests from the food & bar to dessert & coffee not to mention entertainment from Modern Symphony-it was an unforgettable day.

Swallow Creek Ranch is one of our all-time favorite venues on the Central Coast. It’s such a special gem and we have to give a special shout out to the team there who always make us feel at home, not to mention they keep the venue in such incredible shape for our couples. There are a few spaces to choose from for ceremony and the sky blue barn is always the perfect backdrop for a beautiful reception. In the weeks leading up, we thought we may have to adjust our original plan for ceremony due to high winds, but thankfully the wind cooperated for the most part and as you can see from these photos from Ryan Alonzo, a photographer and friend of the couple, iis this stunning wedding.

The day kicked-off at the incomparable hilltop amphitheater for a Persian wedding ceremony, complete with the traditional sofreh aghd beautifully designed by Terry at Elegant Sofreh Design and adorned with blooms by Brooke Edelman of BE Floral Design and led by Agayeh Aghed. Artist, MilesLewis painted the landscape during the ceremony and then returned later in the evening to paint guest portraits as another take-home gift from the couple!

After the ceremony, guests were shuttled by SLO SafeRide a short distance down to the SeaView Meadow for cocktail hour. Valley Piggery passed cutie charcuterie cones and golden beet crostino while the Bottles & Ice bar team served up a full bar from start to finish!

Inside the barn it was all sophisticated party vibes with lighting and rentals by Bright Rentals and marquee letters by Alpha Lit Central Coast. The long white tables popped inside the barn with gold accents and all the greenery for that elegant style that Negin had in mind.

Bessy the Foto Bus, a kids lounge with tons of games, Churros and coffee carts-OH MY! There was no shortage of fun for all of Chris and Negin’s wedding guests, we had a little bit of fun too!
