Chris and Lauren’s soulful, heartfelt, and FREAKING STUNNING greenhouse wedding

That feeling when you can tell you’re going to want your clients to be your friends. These two were so laid-back and had the most incredible style! Lauren, the sweetest and most stylish gal and Chris, the tattooed lawyer. We had so much fun during our time planning their wedding dreaming up lounges and dance floor vibes. The incredible vendor team knocked it out of the park bringing what dreamt up to life for their 120 guests at Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm.

The couple has great taste in music, and this was made clear during our first call together, so it was a no-brainer when they decided to collaborate with the masterminds at Dart Collective to keep the dance floor packed playing all their favorites.

Must love food (and a stocked bar) so we set them up for a tasting with the grub wizard, Kyle Jones of Craft Woodfire Catering. Appetizers during cocktail hour included chicken & waffle bites, a charcuterie board display that dreams are made of, and a buffet supper with all the comfort foods that guests were raving about all evening.

Oh, the flowers. THE FLOWERS! To say that Caitlyn of Fleur de Rye understood the assignment is an understatement. Lauren’s bouquet was perfection, most notably, her favorite-cascading amaranth. Then our reception space was the show-stopper. Ferns and pothos dripping from the ceiling brought such vibrant life and color into the space along with artful and funky arrangements for the tables, her pieces were the perfect match for the energy Chris and Lauren and all their loved ones had the whole day.

So much more to gush over, as you can see in these photos from the sweetest, Albany Katz who shoots film as well as digital and just has such a way about her. She captures the most incredible vignettes and moments.
The rest of our team of vendors made the day run so smoothly, making our job feel less like “work” and more like hanging out at a pretty picnic with friends all day!
